Paddy Lankshear

A proud born and bred Marlburian, Paddy brings a wealth of sales experience and local knowledge to his role of Licensee Salesperson with Ray White Blenheim and Picton. Relationship building is a key aspect of sales, as well as integrity, trust and open communication, Paddy brings a calm, caring manner and a genuine desire to achieve results.

Following a successful 17-year career as a Sales Consultant at McKendry Mazda, Paddy brings extensive experience in sales, relationship management and customer service. Previously he worked as a Key Account Manager at Mico Wakefield and he began his working life at the local Trust Bank. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for strong negotiation skills and exceptional customer care.  

Married to Keri for 30 years, they are the proud parents of two adult sons. A keen sportsman and committee man, Paddy enjoys giving back. He is a life member of the Wairau Valley Cricket Club, an active committee member of the Marlborough Squash Rackets Club, trying to get his golf handicap down as a member at Blenheim Golf Club and playing a spot of tennis too. Outside of sport you will find him taking advantage of what our fine province has to offer, whether it’s fishing down the sounds or walking and biking the many trails.
