Paschael Tawhara

Paschael brings an extensive background in banking, business development and leadership. She brings a wealth of commercial expertise, strategic thinking and a genuine passion for people to her role as General Manager of Ray White Invercargill.

Before transitioning into real estate, Paschael built a successful career in the banking industry, where she played a key role in growing lending divisions, developing business opportunities and achieving number-one sales performance. Her experience working alongside mortgage advisers across New Zealand provided her with valuable insight into the property and finance sectors, strengthening her understanding of the broader property market and the factors influencing buyers, sellers and homeowners.

Today, Paschael draws on this experience to oversee the strategic direction, operational performance and continued growth of Ray White Invercargill.
