He works alongside other senior leaders to co-design and deliver the organisation's technology strategy.
His portfolio includes corporate and application support, hybrid infrastructure (cloud and on-premise), and enterprise security. Ben focuses on two key outcomes: ensuring the corporate team operates in a safe environment, and empowering the franchise network via the 'One System' support team. Recognised as a practical problem solver, he acts as a bridge between technical requirements and business ambition, helping stakeholders resolve complex challenges and operationalise new ideas.
