  • Licensee Salesperson I Team Q

The Papamoa, Mount Maunganui, and Pukehina coastal strip is where I live, surf, and raise my family. It's where I've built my business and where I intend to stay. When I take on a listing here, I'm not working a territory; I'm working my home patch, and that changes everything about how seriously I take the sale or purchase of your property.

I started in real estate in 2014, bringing a background in international sales and a straightforward belief that the job is simple: put your client's result first, every time. That means asking vendors the hard questions before I take on a listing, giving honest price guidance even when it's not what they want to hear, and bringing the right buyer to the table—including from other agencies—to increase your potential buyer reach. Because your outcome matters. That approach has driven my consistent place in the top 1% of Ray White salespeople nationally, and Chairman's Elite status.

Alongside me is Janelle, my wife, my business partner, and the person who keeps everything running in work and in life. At home, she's the organiser and rock for our two girls. In business, she runs our Ray White Te Puke and Ray White Pukehina offices, two investments we've made in this region because we believe in it. Where I lead on relationships and negotiation, Janelle brings the detail, the steady hand, and the organisational backbone that makes the whole experience seamless. We are a team that works for the best result. The dynamic is real, and clients feel it from the first conversation.

I work the way I live — honestly, practically, and with genuine investment in this community. I sponsor community events and organisations, I know the schools, the builders, the streets. When I tell a buyer what a suburb is like, it's because I've driven it, walked it, watched it change over the years, and I've lived here. That local knowledge isn't a marketing line. It's the foundation of every appraisal, every negotiation, every result.

If you're thinking about selling or buying on the coast, I'd like to have that conversation. No performance. Just an honest discussion about your property and what we can achieve together.
