With an extensive background in varying aspects of customer service, 20+ years as a resolutions coordinator and a Level 4 in Property Management Rachael has the perfect combination of understanding people and problem-solving for the property management industry. 

She loves to learn and is enthusiastic about her role within the Ray White Morris & Co Property Management team, combining her life experience and ability to communicate openly to her role. Rachael has set herself a goal to build and maintain solid client relationships by listening, thinking outside the square and having honest conversations.  

In her spare time Rachael enjoys being with her family and young grandsons, is an avid CrossFitter who enjoys being outdoors and exploring our country's amazing tracks and trails.
