Rachel Findlater brings experience in property development, new builds, home ownership and residential sales to helping clients across Invercargill and Southland. Her work in Invercargill and Queenstown gives her a varied property background, with a particular appreciation for the detail involved in preparing and presenting a home.

A Southlander, Rachel understands that a property move can feel overwhelming. She takes a calm, attentive approach, listening to each client’s plans and helping them consider their options with clear guidance.

Rachel has worked alongside Hayden Sproat as Team Rachel & Hayden since 2021. Both are shareholders in Ray White Invercargill. They combine local knowledge and considered marketing in their work with homeowners, first-home buyers and investors, including residential and lifestyle properties.

Rachel received individual Ray White Premier Performer recognition for 2025/2026 and 2024/2025.
