For Ray and Linda, it’s always been and continues to be, about helping people.  

After 9 years as Mayor and Mayoress of Lower Hutt they bring their passion for helping people, building strong relationships and achieving great results to the Real Estate industry.

With many years of experience leading the city, supporting the community and strengthening the International Sister City relationships, this dynamic couple is dedicated and committed to providing the best service and guidance you could ask for.  

Ray received his Officer of the Order of New Zealand Merit (ONZM) in January 2021 for his services to local government and the community over the last three decades.  He is currently a Justice of the Peace, a White Ribbon Ambassador, former Vice President of Sister Cities New Zealand, Patron of several organisations and together they sponsor many community groups, clubs and schools.  

Linda’s expertise from a successful career in banking/finance, sales/customer service and International Relations gives her the strengths required to deliver outstanding results for clients.

Their support of the community continues strongly with their ‘Locals helping locals’ programme of giving back to community groups, clubs and schools nominated by their clients.  

Working as a husband and wife team, Ray and Linda are eager to assist first home buyers, empty nesters, investors and those wanting to upgrade or downsize into an ideal property.  They listen, they commit, they advise, and they get the best results for their clients. 

During their time at Ray White Kemeys Brothers, they have been recognised for their outstanding success in selling both a large volume of properties and most recently selling new developments off the plans.  They also regularly receive 10 out of 10 from Vendors and Purchasers.
