Ricky got into real estate in 2008. In 2010, he won “Rookie of the Year” for Ray White nationally and, within a couple of years, was rising to the top of Ray White. However, the earthquakes happened and forced Ricky to move to Auckland to start over. He started at Ray White Remuera alongside Megan Jaffe and, within a few years, was one of the top Ray White salespeople internationally. He established himself in the high-end market, having the privilege of marketing many high-end homes across Auckland’s Eastern Suburbs. He frequently spoke at real estate conferences across Australia and NZ, including speaking at AREC in front of 5,000 agents, and also at a conference alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger. He then became a Director at Ray White Mission Bay for five years and created one of the best real estate offices in the country, winning the “Best Presented Real Estate Office” award at the Ray White National Awards.

Ricky is absolutely loving being back in CHCH, working alongside his partner Holly Jones and the amazing team.
