In 1998, seeking a lifestyle change, Rosie relocated to Taupo. That same year, she opened Harveys' office with a business associate. Under Rosie's co-leadership, the office flourished and became the number one office in the group within a short period. This esteemed status was maintained until the Harvey network was sold in 2011, prompting a change in franchise groups. Rosie's dedication to excellence led her to acquire her Auctioneer's license in 2003, and she has since conducted hundreds of successful auctions. Her expertise has also been sought after, as she has been called upon as a judge and bidder at the REINZ National Auctioneer Championships on multiple occasions.
