More than a decade of providing housing services to families in need with Housing New Zealand reflects her genuine compassion and commitment to people's well-being. Rozanne has also spent more than a decade in the private real estate sector, accumulating considerable expertise in property management and sales; maintaining her licence to this day. Further enhancing her practical experience, Rozanne accepted various challenging property administration roles; acquiring a broad industry knowledge-base from the ground up. 

Over the years, two things became clear to Rozanne. The first — property management was the profession she most loved, and the second — she could only work with a company who prioritised excellent customer service over numbers.
