As the Team Leader for CSI Property Management Limited, Sarath Prasad is responsible for management and accountability for his team of property managers and their growing rent rolls. A long-term property manager himself with a wealth of experience in customer service, Sarath competently leads his highly-skilled staff ensuring they are not just helping to maximise the return on investment for owners but are also responsive to tenants' needs. Working primarily across southwestern neighbourhoods, the team can and do manage many properties for clients all over Auckland.

Originally from India, Sarath moved to New Zealand in 2010. He holds a BA in English Literature and a Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism Management, as well as a Diploma in Business Management. He spent three years in hospitality with Sky City Entertainment Group’s casino before moving to Ray White in 2016. Starting out as an associate, from 2017 he was a property manager with a respectable portfolio of managements some of which he retains today as an adjunct to his leadership role. 

Sarath has exemplary people-management skills and maintains an organised and process-driven operation. Well-qualified, diligent, and experienced, his responsibilities to both management and the team he leads is primarily to enhance the customer experience and efficiently deliver outcomes. Sarath plans and prioritises the division’s business goals, constantly improving and fine-tuning systems. He ensures that all stakeholders are kept abreast of industry legislation, communicating critical information with clarity and certainty to landlords as well as the sales team. Thoughtful and insightful, Sarath is passionate about property management and organises educational events about investing in residential rental property. He holds a New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management as do the majority of his team. 

His spare time is spent socialising with friends; he loves to cook and travels when time permits.
