My passion for property and people, is in the blood! Some say growing up with both parents (Heather Hannford and Bernie Cotter), well-known in the Bay of Plenty real estate and property development game, gives me an inside edge.

I believe connections are key! Building and maintaining relationships is second nature for me, being a Mount local lad since childhood - I’m always keen for a community 'do', embracing the beach, bands, music festivals, motor racing… apparently I’m not bad on the BBQ too!
