Raised in South Africa and the USA, Simoné brings an international outlook and a genuine passion for people to real estate on Auckland’s North Shore and Hibiscus Coast.

Family is at the heart of everything Simone does. As a mum, she knows a home is so much more than a building. It’s where families grow, memories are made and belonging takes root. She’s happiest lifting others up, whether that’s raising funds for children’s health and wildlife conservation, mentoring young people, or working to help feed her community. She sees beauty and possibility in everything, and you’ll rarely find her without a smile.

Before real estate, Simoné built a career in corporate executive management with a focus on business development, strategy and planning, project management and business ownership, as well as mentoring and coaching. Working across countries and cultures taught her to listen first, communicate clearly and understand what matters most to each person. She knows that every client has their own story, goals and motivations, and that no single approach suits everyone.

Simone bought her first home at 24, so she understands the property journey from both sides of the table. She combines careful planning and strategic thinking with empathy, honesty and attention to detail. Her aim is for clients to feel supported, well informed and confident from the first conversation to the final handshake.
