Stephanie Nelson brings six years of experience in the property industry, alongside a strong background in business operations, client relationships and administration, to her role as Property Management Business Leader at Ray White Pyes Pa. With a genuine people-first approach and a strong eye for detail, Stephanie plays a key role in the growth and day-to-day operation of the property management division.

Before entering the property industry, Stephanie worked across HR, administration and client and customer support. These experiences built a strong foundation in organisation, communication, compliance and relationship management, skills she now brings together across every aspect of her role.

Since joining the team in June 2026, Stephanie’s role has developed into a diverse business leadership position, overseeing the property management process from start to finish. Her responsibilities span administration and accounts, compliance, marketing, campaign coordination, operations, systems, investment management, project management and client care, while working closely with property owners, tenants and the wider team.

Stephanie is known for being organised, proactive and highly detail-focused. She enjoys creating structure, finding practical solutions and ensuring the small details are taken care of, while maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the property management process.

With training and experience across property management, HR, employment compliance, payroll, business systems and client relationship management, Stephanie brings a well-rounded understanding of both the operational and people-focused sides of the industry. She is comfortable working across multiple areas of the business and enjoys finding ways to improve systems, processes and the overall client experience.
