Steve has proudly called Queenstown home for over 20 years. Originally from England, he arrived intending to experience a new chapter of life  and quickly fell in love with the Queenstown lifestyle and its strong sense of community. It’s that connection to people and place that has kept him here ever since.

With a background in the UK service industry, Steve worked with high performing international brands including National Car Rental, Pentax, and LEGO. During this time, he developed a deep appreciation for brand recognition, customer experience, and the power of reputation. He firmly believes that you must believe in the brand you represent, believe in yourself, and believe in your community which is why he has found his professional home at Ray White.

After moving to Queenstown, Steve built a successful career in hospitality, rising to the position of Chief Concierge at The Rees Hotel. He later launched and operated his own concierge company from 2014 to 2020, delivering premium service to visitors and homeowners alike. When global travel came to a halt in 2020, Steve transitioned into real estate and immediately felt at home.

He thrives on the momentum and emotion of property transactions: the excitement of securing a sale, the privilege of telling buyers their offer has been accepted, and the satisfaction of delivering outstanding results for vendors. His testimonials consistently highlight his collaborative approach, calm demeanour, and unwavering commitment to going the extra mile.

Steve brings tireless dedication to both buyers and sellers. His strong work ethic, combined with his service driven background, makes him exceptionally well suited to real estate. Outside of work, you’ll often find him on the golf course, playing darts at the local club, or proudly cheering from the sidelines at his children’s sporting events and he is fully immersed in the community he’s proud to call home.
