Stewart brings years of business planning and Northland economic-development experience to his work with property buyers and sellers. Before real estate, he completed feasibility studies for new enterprises, mentored businesses and coordinated the region’s involvement in the 2011 Rugby World Cup. His earlier career included 11 years at the University of Auckland, where he headed Student Affairs.

That background in working with people and organising complex projects carries into his role as co-owner of Ray White Mangawhai. Alongside Kaye McElwain, Stewart helps customers work through their options and plan a sale around the move they want to make. He also looks after the business’s systems, accounts and operations, bringing the same attention to organisation behind the scenes.

Stewart and Kaye work closely together on residential and lifestyle property sales. Their customer feedback describes patient communication, helpful updates and coordinated support through sales and purchases. Customers can talk directly with the people leading the business and looking after their sale.
