Born and bred in Wellington I have 28 years experience as a top real estate performer.  Prior to this my father and I owned another real estate company known as Don Gray Real Estate Ltd. Although this company was successful and I was qualified to run my own business, I decided my strengths lay in selling and in particular the business end where negotiation skills are required to close the deal. The knowledge and training I gained from my father was invaluable.

Preceding real estate, I had several years as a top salesman, negotiator and sales trainer within New Zealand and overseas. An ability to listen plus strong ethics are the two characteristics I would rate as my strongest assets.

My goal is to creatively promote your property so it stands out from the others, especially those with similar features. Once we have the buyers I will endeavour to obtain the top dollar available from the prospective purchasers.
