James is an auctioneer, property consultant and co-owner of Ray White Invercargill. He helps owners understand their sale options and the approach that suits their property. Hannah joined real estate in 2018 after eight years practising law in Queenstown, Perth and Invercargill. Her attention to detail and understanding of property transactions inform her work with clients.
Together, James and Hannah value practical advice, clear communication and keeping clients informed. They take time to understand the move each person wants to make and work with them through the steps of buying or selling.
Tracy Ashton supports the team with campaign administration, drawing on her background in property management, business development and client relationships. Her organisation helps support James and Hannah’s work with buyers and sellers.
