Tim Gleeson, Principal at Ray White Goondiwindi, is a rural property specialist of more than 15 years.
Having grown up on Queensland’s Western Downs and managing family farming enterprises, Tim is equipped with a broad knowledge of cropping, irrigation and livestock industries. With this knowledge, he has negotiated record sales for his clients throughout southern Queensland and northern NSW.
He is a leader in irrigation water marketing, has conducted regular water auctions and off-market sales, and is a certified valuer specialising in agribusiness.
Tim is committed to progressing the rural transactional space and supporting the evolving needs of Australia’s rural property sector. He has an intimate and unique knowledge of local properties, markets and people.
Throughout his career, Tim has developed a reputation for delivering considered, informed and trusted advice. This is reflected in the long term relationships he has with both buyers and sellers, always delivering maximum results for both parties.
Tim, his wife Sarah and their three young boys, call Goondiwindi home and are firmly entrenched in the local community. Tim understands the value of community and is a regular volunteer for the Race Club, Show Society and Rugby Union Club.
