Tim has a specific focus on acting for buyers to find them the right property and/or investment, whether advertised or not, to meet their specific needs.
Tim has been in the Queenstown area, on and off, since the early 1970s when his family first purchased a home near Arrowtown. Growing up here embedded a deep love for the region and the active lifestyle it provides. Tim loves spending time on the local ski fields, walking tracks, mountain bike trails, and golf courses.
Tim has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Otago. He worked: as a barman at the Skyline restaurant, a lifeguard at the Arrowtown pool, on local beaches as an assistant to the Queenstown Harbourmaster, land surveying around Otago, for Telecom New Zealand, as owner of a successful franchise system, consulting to major NZ corporates, advising Ministers for The Treasury, leasing commercial property, and advising, buying and/or selling real estate, businesses and investments including transactions from less than $1 million to over $100 million.
Tim enjoys guiding visitors to the area, including taking them mountain biking or walking the region's fantastic tracks.
