Tina Zhang has smashed her goal in a short time after been a Real Estate Agent, 4 years later she is now the Business owner of Ray White Burnside.   “Tina’s 7 years of experience in the mortgage world prior to getting into real estate has been the perfect springboard to launch her career,”  “That coupled with her amazing work ethic and service to her clients has resulted in her rapid rise and success in real estate.”

It’s also a huge achievement for someone who moved to New Zealand from China with her family as an 11-year-old. Fast forward a few decades and Tina is multi-lingual, Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, has a broad sales and business background plus an extensive experience in real estate property investment to boot.

She has been buying, selling and investing in the New Zealand property market now for 25-plus years, and has an in-depth understanding of property finances through her last job as a mortgage broker.  Armed with knowledge and experience on all facets of real estate means Tina’s latest move into real estate gives her that point of difference.

Tina is passionate about helping people.  She’s also well known in Christchurch’s Chinese & non-Chinese community. She was former President of CHCH Chinese Women’s Society and act as board member between multiple Chinese communities. Above all, Tina believes her success to date is about honesty, integrity and customer service. “Buying property can come with many problems which can be avoided with the right advice, or if people are pointed in the right direction.
