After a short working sabbatical in London, where Todd sold over £38m of Victorian homes around Islington. Now he is thrilled to be back home selling North of the Bridge and taking up a new role at Carpenter Realty with Glenn and Craig as the Associate Coach. Todd is looking forward to helping old clients sell again (some for the second, third or even fourth time), new clients finding their dream home, and helping shape the next generation of agents to be amazing at what they do.
Todd has been in the industry for over 10 years now, having helped hundreds of families find their new home. He has seen all sorts of markets, worked and sold through Covid, foreign buyer bans, low interest rates and the subsequent turn in the market.
