A lifelong resident of Hawke’s Bay, Tracey Thompson brings deep local knowledge and a strong network of connections built through years of diverse professional experience. Before joining the Property Management team at Ray White, Tracey spent more than 15 years in the funeral directing industry, a role that developed her exceptional ability to empathise, communicate clearly, and support people from all walks of life.

Working with clients of all ages and backgrounds has strengthened Tracey’s skills as a communicator and problem-solver, capabilities she now applies every day in her property management role. Her background allows her to approach each situation with care, understanding, and professionalism, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.

With previous experience in real estate sales and a well-established database of contacts, Tracey has a strong understanding of the local property market and the importance of building trusted relationships to achieve the best outcomes. As a homeowner herself, she appreciates the care, attention, and responsibility involved in managing property, whether it is an investment or a family home.

Outside of work, Tracey enjoys the relaxed Hawke’s Bay lifestyle, spending time with her dogs, sharing wine with friends, and being part of the region’s warm and welcoming community.
