Ray White “Try It” Promotion – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this promotion is Ray White (Real Estate) Limited (the Promoter).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00 AM NZST on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM NZST on 29 June 2026 (the Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to all New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. No purchase is necessary to enter. Employees, directors, and contractors of the Promoter, its associated agencies, and any company associated with New Zealand Rugby (NZR) are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
4. How to Enter
Eligible individuals may receive up to three (3) entries into the draw by completing any of the following mechanics during the Promotion Period. One (1) entry is awarded per mechanic completed:
Online Entry: Submit the official entry form at www.raywhite.co.nz/tryit.
Technology Demonstration: Contact a local Ray White office or agent in New Zealand to request a demonstration of the new Ray White property technology (NurtureCloud). The office or agent will lodge the entry on your behalf.
Property Report or Property Appraisal: Receive a property report or property appraisal from a Ray White agent operating in New Zealand. All property reports and appraisals completed during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the draw.
Each eligible person is entitled to a maximum of one (1) entry per mechanic and a maximum of three (3) entries in total. Duplicate entries under the same mechanic will be disqualified. The Promoter’s determination of valid entries is final.
5. The Prize
There are fifteen (15) double passes available to be won in total. Each prize consists of two (2) A-Category tickets to one of the following 2026 All Blacks test matches:
4 July 2026 – Christchurch (5 × double passes)
11 July 2026 – Wellington (5 × double passes)
18 July 2026 – Auckland (5 × double passes)
The specific match allocated to each winner will be at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. While winner preferences may be considered, the Promoter makes no guarantee that any preference will be accommodated. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the ticket issuer (including NZR and any ticketing agency). Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or event. No alternative prize will be offered in the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or relocation.
6. Prize Draw
Winners will be drawn at random on the following dates, with five (5) prizes drawn on each date:
19 June 2026 (5 prizes)
26 June 2026 (5 prizes)
1 July 2026 (5 prizes)
Winners will be contacted via the phone number or email address provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) working days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a replacement winner. If a replacement winner also cannot be contacted within five (5) working days, the prize will be forfeited and retained by the Promoter. Winners must provide proof of identity and age (18+) before a prize is awarded.
7. Publicity
By entering this promotion, you consent to the Promoter using your name and general location (for example, city or region) for the purpose of announcing winners on the Promoter’s website and social media channels, without further compensation.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
NZR Association: This promotion is conducted by the Promoter and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by New Zealand Rugby (NZR). NZR is not liable for any claims arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
Ticket Conditions: Attendance at any match is subject to the conditions of entry of the relevant stadium and the terms and conditions of the ticket issuer. The Promoter is not responsible for any stadium-related policies, event cancellations, postponements, relocations, or changes to match schedules.
General: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) in connection with this promotion or the prizes.
Technical Issues: The Promoter is not responsible for any failure of technology, network outages, or other issues that may prevent an entry from being received or recorded.
9. Privacy
The Promoter will collect, hold, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at www.raywhite.co.nz/privacy-policy, and in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
10. Use of Data
By entering, you agree that your details may be shared with your local Ray White office in New Zealand solely to facilitate the requested appraisal or technology demonstration. Entry into this promotion does not constitute consent to receive ongoing marketing communications. Any future direct marketing will be subject to a separate opt-in process and your rights under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
11. General Terms
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the promotion at any time at its sole discretion. Any decision made by the Promoter in relation to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or generated by bots, scripts, or other unauthorised automated means will be disqualified.
