Warrens originally started his career in the Supermarket Industry in Christchurch after 8 years in this industry Warren was looking for a new challenge. Warren then moved on to a career in Sales, being a top performer in his area of expertise, Warren then moved on to manage a 70 strong sales team across New Zealand.

In 2010 Warren joined Youngs Property Management to assist Christine in running and growing the Property Management Portfolio.

Warren now looks after all the IT requirements, systems, software management, human resources, payroll, office systems, web administration, advertising, creditor accounting and marketing.
