The arbitral tribunal shall award the prevailing party its attorneys’ fees and related expenses incurred in connection with the arbitration. The decision of any arbitration made pursuant to this clause shall be final and binding on the parties and shall be specifically enforceable in any court having jurisdiction over the parties.
