Sunset Boulevard

With coastal properties in such strong demand you'll be delighted to have found this hidden gem. A secret native path leads you directly to the beach at Hannahs Clearing where you can enjoy majestic sunsets and walk for miles. Our vendors have put in the hard yards clearing this 1,569sqm site and endless hours have been spent planting the boundary with native trees and shrubs to create a natural habitat to attract native birds and offer privacy. A super flash shed affectionately known as "The Hutch" is already onsite and offers you a place to camp in the interim while you build your West Coast getaway.

Now that their plans have changed our vendors are ready to let someone else enjoy what they have begun. This really is a West Coast cutie, you need to see this one before you look any further!

Deadline Sale 12pm 26th October 2022 (unless sold prior)
