The top result of The Day went to Ray White Manukau agent James McGregor who sold 264 Redoubt Road, Totara Park, Manukau City under the hammer for $2.02 million. The auction recorded six registered bidders and four active bidders.
The property which recorded the highest number of bidders was Lawrence Kenyon-Slade’s auction at 2/114 Rangitoto Road, Papatoetoe, Manukau City, which attracted 22 registered bidders and 10 active bidders.
“The winning bid went to an investor who wants to renovate it, most of the interest came from investors and renovators,” Mr Kenyon-Slade said.
“It was a really good renovation project. It was the first time on the market in 50 years.
“It was a good land size and a good add-value potential property.”
