Activity and engagement returns to the market
Ray White New Zealand has seen a strong start to the auction year, with 230 auctions scheduled to go under the hammer last week.
Ray White Mount Eden also saw huge success at their in-room auctions last week, with the standout sale going to a fully transformed Sandringham bungalow at 8 Ngapawa Street, Sandringham, which sold for $3.012 million, under the guidance of Mike Robson and James Wang.
Originally purchased for $1.765 million, the home underwent a remarkable transformation led by Jones Architects and Suzanne Allen Design, featuring premium fixtures and a luxurious 70sqm master suite.
Ray White Mt Eden’s Rachel Berry also saw a flurry of success, selling five properties under the hammer.
Ms Berry’s team’s sales under the hammer include:
• 25 Coyle Street, Sandringham – $2.43 million
• 22A Hazel Avenue, Mount Roskill – $1.651 million
• 19 Springleigh Avenue, Mount Albert – $1.645 million
• 8 Quadrant Road, Onehunga – $1.4 million
• 5/1098 New North Road, Mount Albert – $865,000
Another standout result came from 15 Foch Avenue, Three Kings, sold by Robyn Ellson and Jerry Chen.
The property attracted over 50 groups through the door and saw competitive bidding from four registered bidders.
“Great presentation truly pays dividends,” Ms Ellson said.
“The sellers put in the effort to showcase the home at its best and that effort was rewarded with strong interest.
“It’s fantastic to see a buyer secure a property in their desired location, especially one that keeps them close to family.”
