With a sharp focus on growth, performance, and industry leadership, the symposium challenged attendees to reflect on what it truly means to behave like the market leader - not just in market share, but in mindset, strategy, and execution.

“We opened this year’s symposium with a clear challenge: to lead not only in position but in practice,” Ray White New Zealand chief executive Daniel Coulson said.

“The responsibility we hold as leaders is significant, and we are united by the ambition to progress, innovate, and outperform.”

There were multiple key themes highlighted throughout the symposium including how to harness strategic advantages that are not replicable by our competitors, translating network strength into customer value, closing the performance gap through actionable metrics, reinforcing compliance and governance in day-to-day operations, and how to prepare for shifts in the regulatory and economic landscape.
