Ten Years In. Ready for the Next Ten.
Around ten years ago I was a flat, empty section at the quiet end of a cul-de-sac, with a view over the lake to Mt Manaia and nothing standing on me at all. Someone looked at that and built deliberately.

Outside, 724sqm of flat, easy-care ground, and outdoor living set up so a long lunch never gets called off by the forecast.
Low-maintenance by design. That is still paying off today.
I've done over ten good years, and I'm ready for the next lot.
